SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

Our prices are valid for 2017-2019.

 

 

 

CUSTOMER ORDERS, PACKING, AND SHIPMENTS

 

1. ORDERS

Orders have to be communicated by E-mail, Fax, and Customer Services; we will and do reserve the right to send a written confirmation showing prices, delivery time, payment terms, and shipping details. A Personal Sales Assistant will assist the customer through this process, this is to ensure the customer specifications are satisfied before the order is submitted for fulfillment.

 

Orders have to be time stamped and signed by the customer. Our Sales Department will check all requests and will send the order confirmation within 48 hours upon signed form of receipt. Should the customer miss to specify any of the above mentioned information, the company will not be able to confirm an estimated delivery time.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery periods relevant for us only start to run when all commercial and technical questions have been clarified and the customer has fulfilled any or all of their obligations (such as making a pre-payment). The delivery time is six months from full payment (which will be specified and agreed upon only in writing) and also what is relevant to us is considered met, if the service to be fulfilled substantially rendered according to the agreement.

 

Date of Delivery means that the ordered goods are ready for shipment/forwarding from DONATA'JAQ's warehouse in Italy and shipped directly to the address specified.

Due to circumstances beyond one’s control such as (weather etc..) it cannot be possible to predict a spot on delivery time.

Present sale conditions have to be accepted when ordering.

 

Deliveries, will be Coordinated through us (DONATA'JAQ) and specified in the offer for details. Also, written within the order confirmation which is based off the International Incoterms® – Commercial Terms for Delivery, Shipping and Handling. You can view these terms at (www.incoterms.com).

 

  • Merchandise are shipped directly from ITALY through our Parent Company.

  • You must allow 4 to 6 month for delivery upon completion of order(all requirements are met)

  • Upon signature of acceptance of Merchandise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • The customer must inspect all materials upon delivery and note any damages on shipping manifest.

  • No Returns (except for shipping damages and only within 48 hours of notification to the company & receipt of merchandise).

  • Donata'jaq will Coordinate Shipping & Delivery, and the terms will be specified in writing on  completion of order. (We will obtain all the information needed for shipping and delivery for the customer, then forward that information to the customer to complete the delivery process.) Donata'jaq highly recommends that all Customers insure their shipments.

  • The Shipping company will inspect and assemble all materials and check for any shipping damages.

  • Please be advised that Customer Shipments can be and more than likely, will be inspected during Customs Boarder Check.

 

Concerning partial deliveries or rendering partial services, this will be permitted only if and when confirmed by the company, prior to finalization of order. Packing in wooden cases or special boxes are not included. Returns after more than 48 hours from receipt of goods are not accepted.  Any discrepancies will need to be in writing and include original documentation. In case of any damage during transport, the same product will be substituted only and when the customer obtains a reserve control number on the transport document and authorized by the company.

 

3. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

Buyer’s signature for receipt on accompanying documentation or similar documents is proof of approval when goods are received. The buyer must check the goods upon arrival immediately, from the date of receipt: if no claims are reported to DONATA'JAQ, through customer service, and (followed-up in writing) regarding a difference in the delivered goods, conditions, existence of any manifest defect and lower quality, goods will be considered as wholly accepted, except for the presence of hidden defects, in which case the parties will refer to the current policy. Any damage to the goods, that was obviously caused during transport, must be reported to the carrier in writing, and provide a copy to DONATA'JAQ within 48 hours after receipt.

 

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are to be made by the customer to the account given on the invoice and within the period stated thereof. Reclamations do not entitle the retention of payments. In case of delayed payment DONATA'JAQ will be entitled to debit overdue interests equal to the statutory rate increased by 5 %. Payments are to comply with what is reported on DONANTA'JAQ invoice (as for amounts, procedures, and support bank information). DONATA'JAQ will require a down payment of 50% minmium and possiably up to 70% of forseen total, in check or money orders (only), made out to DONATA'JAQ.

The foreseen total and starting from the date of payment clearing, the order and all conditions contained therein will be carried out through to completion.

Goods remain our exclusive property until they are completely paid for; this retention of title also extends to proceeds from the resale of goods delivered by us. These proceeds are to be separately kept without being mixed with other means of payment.

 

Credit Card Tranactions allowed for balances due (ONLY)

Initial Payments have to be made by the customer to the account given on the invoice at 50% down using check or money orders (only), made out to DONATA'JAQ and within the period stated. 

All balances are be due before shipping (from italy), in order to complete delivery to the customer..  Credit card tranactions are allowed for balances (ONLY), unless other is specified by sole permission of the company.

 

 

5. DESIGN OWNERSHIP

All products included in the prices are created by DONATA'JAQ and protected by law. In particular, none is authorized to reproduce them by photocopy or any other means, for use of the information included for the total or partial creation of works with similar nature and characteristics, to divulge the contents for the purpose of unfair competition. Failing this, DONATA'JAQ will reserve the right to take any and all actions to be indemnified for the damages incurred; also proceeding against any violators, who are duly informed through this document, cannot appeal to good faith.
